Fantastic! I can not say enough great things about Jessica and her team. Jessica was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure our needs were met and communicated with us at every step of the way. She was kind, but above all she respected us when we bought the house and again when we sold it.

This was our third home purchase but it seemed like the first (to us). Mrs. Cooper exhibited a wealth of knowledge, confidence throughout the entire process and that put us at ease. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. This is the worst company i have ever worked with. Heather Farmer was extremely unhelpful and rude towards my partner and i. she ignored my calls and texts for days on end and after repeatedly calling her and her office she answered over a week later. nobody should be waiting on an answer for a place to live for weeks with no reply. horrible customer service. do NOT work with this company and Heather Farmer specifically. Absolutely unprofessional and horrible company. Cannot stress this enough, they do not deserve to be anywhere near your home.
